A Business Guided By Integrity

Here at BT Basics, everyone matters… especially you !

..with your personality, your story, your dreams, and your spark. That’s why it’s so important to me that you feel comfortable, heard, and understood, and that our sessions are a peaceful moment where you feel free to be your most authentic self,  all within a framework of respect, inclusion, and care.

MY WORK ETHICS

What You Won’t Find In My Practice

1

No gaslighting or manipulation

Your experience and perspective are always respected.
2

No pressure

Everyone progresses at their own pace, without being rushed.
3

No discrimination or disregard for social constructs

I do not ignore social frameworks or systemic issues such as racism, patriarchy, or homophobia.
4

No work on mental health or trauma

That's therapy. Go for it if needed, I swear it's great !
5

No telling you what to do

Coaching is about empowerment, not rescue.
6

No criticism, judgment, or reproach

Coaching is a non-judgmental space for exploration and development.

My coaching is not neutral. It is grounded in intention.

At the heart of my coaching is a commitment to cultivating courage, authenticity, and kindness, both in myself and in those I work with. I believe growth happens when we dare to step beyond what feels comfortable, when we show up as our true selves, and when we approach the journey with compassion rather than judgment.

In our work together, I will encourage you to take healthy, meaningful risks, to embrace who you are fully, and to treat yourself and others with genuine kindness. These values are not just ideals, but daily practices that create lasting, positive change, in how you live, lead, and connect.

If you follow me on social media or engage with my work, you’ll soon see my beliefs and convictions shine through. Before you decide to work with me, I think it’s important for you to be made aware that…

  • LGBTQ+ Rights and Community
  • Gender Equality and Feminism
  • Protection of the Environment and Anti-Capitalism
  • Mental Health and Neurodiversity Advocacy
  • Diversity, Inclusion and Equity
  • Body Positivism and Anti-Diet Culture
  • Anti-Racist Movements and Black Lives Matter
  • Disability Rights and Access

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement (DEI)

I value diversity and I am committed to creating a business and community that is inclusive in every way. My main area of work is supporting women who identify as highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent. But I warmly welcome anyone who resonates with my work to undertake a coaching series with me and I am dedicated to providing safe and appropriate services to people of any gender, age, sexuality, ethnicity, culture and background, religion, health ability and condition, neurodivergence and/or political orientation.

As a white, neurodivergent woman who grew up in a middle/ upper-class family in a Western country, I understand that I have privileges and I’m aware that I’ve internalized systemic beliefs. That’s why I’m committed to staying informed and educated, and to always do better.

I actively learn that I sometimes make mistakes and that I can act or make decisions that can cause harm. I pledge to accept my mistakes and to constantly unlearn and relearn about diversity and inclusion, to carefully consider where I invest my time and money, and to create as much positive impact as possible with my coaching work and my business.

  • Provide safe and appropriate services by meeting my clients where they are at
  • Keep learning about diversity and inclusivity
  • Be aware of my own privileges and how my actions and words can have an impact.
  • Invest my time and energy carefully and according to my values.
  • Spread awareness and create as much positive impact as I can regarding inclusion and diversity.
  • Accepting that as a human being, I will make mistakes but choose to recognize them and always do better
