I see so many neurodivergent women who feel like they can’t show who they really are, constantly filtering themselves to fit into a world that wasn’t built for them. Women with incredible potential who hold back, hide their brilliance, and exhaust themselves trying to appear “normal”, out of fear of being too much, misunderstood, or different, even though their authenticity is their greatest strength.

Since childhood, as women, we have been taught countless rules for how to be “acceptable”: you must be social but not too chatty, polite but not passive, successful but not ambitious, energetic but not disruptive, expressive but not overwhelming… and the list goes on. For neurodivergent women, these rules can feel impossible to navigate, leaving you drained, anxious, and disconnected from yourself.

But who are you beneath all the masking and expectations? Where is the space for your true self, your singularity, and your unique way of experiencing the world?

This is what I help high-masking neurodivergent women achieve : how to stop hiding, trust themselves, and create a life that feels fully aligned, peaceful, and authentically theirs. Because real happiness begins with embracing yourself fully, exactly as you are.

My name is Margot Roux, also known as BT Basics. Born and raised in Marseille, in the south of France, I’d describe myself as passionate, warm-hearted, and deeply curious person.

I’m a certified identity and mindset coach, supporting high-masking neurodivergent women in embracing their true selves. As someone who was late-diagnosed with ADHD and BPD, I intimately understand the challenges of masking, feeling different, and struggling to embrace your authentic self.

That’s why I’m deeply commited to support ND women break free from societal expectations, honor their quirks, and live unapologetically as themselves. Nothing inspires me more than seeing a woman recognize her own worth, reclaim her power, and finally feel at home in her own skin.

And the mere fact that you’re reading this is a sign that you’re on that path, curious to learn more about who you are and perhaps looking for support and direction to finally uncover your true self.

I value courage and daring, since they imply overcoming your fears and taking healthy risks. I deeply believe that true happiness and growth requires stepping out of your comfort zone and taking bold actions, speaking your truth and trusting your inner voice.

I value authenticity and honesty, as I believe the world is made for everyone to embody their own uniqueness and individuality. I encourage my clients to express themselves freely, to overcome their fear of being perceived by others and to show the world their true colors.

I value kindness and caring as I believe the world will never cease to need them. It’s only through a culture of respect and thoughtfulness that we can create a peaceful world. I try every day, in my own way, to bring positivity and love to all living beings, me included, and I also invite my clients to cultivate a gentle and compassionate relationship with themselves and others, as I believe this is one of the keys to inner peace and liberation.
