Hi there,
I’m Margot.
An internationally certified life coach specializing in supporting high-masking neurodivergent women in their journey to self-acceptance and authenticity. I help those who wish to reconnect with their true self, embrace their quirks, and create an aligned and fulfilled life.

if I’m the right fit for your journey…
MY STORY
How I Became Coach
I was born and raised in Marseille, in a French-Canadian family, the eldest of my siblings. As a child, I was quiet, curious, and always eager to learn, but I was also different. Recognized as “gifted” from an early age, adults called me mature and intelligent, while other kids thought I was weird. This difference came with a heavy price: fear of rejection. Social anxiety, bullying, and the constant pressure to be “perfect” shaped my early years. By the age of seven, I had already started therapy : a practice that became my lifeline and taught me the value of self-awareness.
I grew up embodying the “good girl”: the one who pleases, hides her struggles, and overcompensates to fit in. For years, I masked what made me unique, striving to belong in a world that often didn’t understand me. I followed the expected path, law, political science, university. But I kept feeling restless, out of sync, and emotionally drained. During the pandemic, I immersed myself in personal development and therapy, trying to make sense of my patterns and emotions while fighting against depression and eating disorders. I then started to share my healing journey on Youtube and Instagram, creating the Back To Basics account (now BT Basics).
In 2021, I took a leap: I quit my master’s program and traveled solo through Southeast Asia for seven months. Traveling alone forced me to confront myself fully and listen to my intuition. It was during this journey that I decided to become a life coach, to help other women navigate their own challenges and discover the strength and clarity they already carry within.
After a year and a half of training, I obtained my certification from the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited Australian school led by the reknown Julie Parker and officially became a women’s life coach.
Shortly after, I was finally diagnosed with what i suspected for a long time : ADHD and borderline personality disorder (BPD). After years of masking, overcompensating, and questioning myself, this diagnosis was a revelation. It was liberating, everything finally made sense but… it didn’t magically fix my life. Instead, it gave me clarity, permission to stop hiding, and the tools to start building a life that actually works for me. I realized that understanding yourself doesn’t remove the challenges, but it changes the way you meet them: with compassion, strategy, and empowerment.
Today, I support neurodivergent women, especially high-masking, late-diagnosed women, who have spent years hiding their true selves, over-adapting, or struggling to belong. I help them reconnect with their authenticity, reclaim confidence, and create a life aligned with who they really are because freedom isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about finally living as yourself.
”I'm choosing happiness over suffering, I know I am. I'm making space for the unknown future to fill up my life with yet-to-come surprises.
