…with your personality, your story, your dreams, and your spark. That’s why it’s so important to me that you feel comfortable, heard, and understood, and that our sessions are a peaceful moment where you feel free to be your most authentic self.
Here you won’t find :
My chore values
Courage
I value courage and daring, since they imply overcoming your fears and taking healthy risks. I deeply believe that true happiness and growth requires stepping out of your comfort zone and taking bold actions, speaking your truth and trusting your inner voice.
Authenticity
I value authenticity and honesty, as I believe the world is made for everyone to embody their own uniqueness and individuality. I encourage my clients to express themselves freely, to overcome their fear of being perceived by others and to show the world their true colors.
Kindness
I value kindness and caring as I believe the world will never cease to need them. It’s only through a culture of respect and thoughtfulness that we can create a peaceful world. I try every day, in my own way, to bring positivity and love to all living beings, me included, and I also invite my clients to cultivate a gentle and compassionate relationship with themselves and others, as I believe this is one of the keys to inner peace and liberation.
Be aware that
If you follow me on social media or engage with my work, you’ll soon see my beliefs and convictions shine through. Before you decide to work with me, I think it’s important for you to be made aware that…
I believe in/support:
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement
I value diversity and I am committed to creating a business and community that is inclusive in every way. My main area of work is supporting people who identify as women to navigate life between their twenties and thirties. But I warmly welcome people of all ages and gender identities to undertake a coaching series with me and I am dedicated to providing safe and appropriate services to people of any sexuality, ethnicity, culture and background, religion, health ability and condition, neurodivergence and/or political orientation.
As a white, neurodivergent woman who grew up in a middle/ upper-class family in a Western country, I understand that I have privileges and I’m aware that I’ve internalized systemic beliefs. That’s why I’m committed to staying informed and educated, and to always do better.
I actively learn that I sometimes make mistakes and that I can act or make decisions that can cause harm. I pledge to accept my mistakes and to constantly unlearn and relearn about diversity and inclusion, to carefully consider where I invest my time and money, and to create as much positive impact as possible with my coaching work and my business.
